...is where this spaghetti's at!

Truly a favorite of mine. No one could ever serve better food than our own moms and one of the most treasured dishes, close to my heart, is her spaghetti with meat sauce. A sweet and savory concoction of chicken livers and ground up meat all mixed together in a thick tomato sauce.

Made simply with the most basic of ingredients, this dish always tastes like home.

And when it's all ready to be gobbled down, I just sprinkle a bit of crushed red pepper flakes, crack black peppers, and add a bit of parsley.

Though, as I think about it... maybe a bit more herbs would make it complicatedly delicious.

Perhaps you're wondering where the cheese is. The secret to this recipe... is quite just that. A secret. 😂

Things I remembered about pasta:

1) Cooked spaghetti will stick to the wall.

2) If you'll mix the pasta later on with the sauce, on heat, don't cook the pasta too much so it'll still get that al dente texture after mixing it with the hot sauce. Finish cooking it in its sauce so it absorbs more flavor.

3) Some swear by it, others don't, we all have a different take on pasta, but I've observed that if you get a bit of that pasta water you boiled it in and mix it with the sauce, it'll take up it a notch.
